The Rocky Patel Vintage 1999 Connecticut is presented in round-form, as opposed to the Vintage 1990 which is box-pressed. The cigar utilizes a light Connecticut wrapper surrounding Nicaraguan binder and a great blend of Dominican and Nicaraguan fillers. The cigars are aged an additional 120 days after rolling to promote consistency.

Overall, the cigar is medium-bodied with notes of cream and cedar.
